Effluent Treatment Plant with Zero Liquid Discharge system installed at M/s. ALCHEM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD., Neemrana, Rajasthan a leading pharmaceutical company.

This ETP treats two major discharges of toluene and methanol. We have segregated the discharge in three streams as described below and treating it as per the requirements.

Stream A: Effluent Treatment Plant with ZLD System (ETP Capacity: 140 KLD, RO Capacity: 185 KLD

Stream B: Pretreatment Plant Capacity: 30 KLD, Stripper Column Capacity: 30 KLD,

Stream C: Pretreatment Plant Capacity: 20 KLD, MVR Capacity: 50 KLD) For One Year.
